Stable and Secure
The shared website applications are written with Microsoft’s ASP and ASP.NET. The data is stored in a Microsoft SQL server. These two combine to make a very stable and secure platform.

Our website is SSL Certified. The information on our website is encrypted and password protected.

Backup Data
The data files are backed up hourly and nightly to ensure no data is lost do to hardware failure or an administrator accidentally deleting something. We provide a backup site for when and if we need to go offline for routine maintenance on any of our main servers. All document and data files are password protected.

Backup Procedures
We have APS battery and generator backup procedures with three separate Internet Providers to ensure Internet connection at all times.

Data Secured
Keeping your data secure and safe is our top priority. Security is tracked by creating a temporary cookie with a token to represent the employee that is logged in that is logged on our server. An audit access report log is updated to show who, when, what and where (ip address) the application was accessed. There is also an option to write a cookie to the hard drive to remember the last individual’s user name to make the next login easier. The password is never saved on the computer at any time by our program. All data files are password protected. All storage and document sharing accounts are password protected with multi user permissions assigned by the administrator of the account holder.

Strict Access to Personal Data
Our Privacy Policy protects your company's information on a secured server so that no one except for your company's administrator and our assigned staff will have access to your database.

We have taken security measures to ensure your data is secure. The equipment is located in a locked down facility with biometric and government ID requirement to access the hardware. The data base is password protected and can only be accessed by an authorized staff member.  Your personal company information will not be shared with any other entity without your permission in writing.
