The Custom Applications programs have been 100% written by our company, Backup Fortress, LLC. The time clock was written with Microsoft’s ASP and ASP.NET. The data is stored in a Microsoft SQL server. These two combine to make a very stable and secure platform.

Our website is SSL Certified. The information on our website is encrypted so that your information can not be shared by anyone else.

Backup Data
The data files are backed up nightly to ensure no data is lost do to hardware failure or an administrator accidentally deleting something. We provide a backup site for when and if we need to go offline for routine maintenance on any of our main servers. Your data base is password protected and cannot be shared.

Backup Procedures
We have APS battery and generator backup procedures with two separate Internet Providers to ensure Internet connection at all times.

Data Secured
Keeping your data secure and safe is our priority. Security is tracked by creating a temporary cookie with a token to represent the employee that is logged in. There is also an option to write a cookie to the hard drive to remember the last employee’s user name to make the next login easier. The password is never saved on the computer at any time.

Our Privacy Policy protects your company's information on a secured server so that no one except for your company's administrator and our assigned staff will have access to your database.

We have taken security measures to ensure your data is secure. The data base is password protected and can only be accessed by an authorized staff member. Your personal company information will not be shared with any other entity without your permission in writing.
